The front of the tag provides all the same information as a standard pet ID tag.
The back side provides the pet's unique Guardian Code which, when entered into the PetSummary.com home page, provides the pet's finder with as much information as the you wish to share. Click here to view an example of a public Guardian Code page.
You may choose to share as much or as little information as you would like on your pet's Guardian Page and you are the only person who can change this information. The Guardian Pet Tag costs just $15 and is available in different sizes (1", 1.5", and 2" diameter), shapes, materials, and colors.
